Yes. Eligible Estates in a Box products can be purchased as either a one-time purchase or a monthly subscription. Monthly subscriptions automatically renew each month until canceled.

Customers who choose the monthly subscription option receive 2% off eligible subscription orders while the subscription remains active.

Subscription orders are set to recur once every month. Each renewal creates a new Shopify order for fulfillment and shipping.

Yes. You can manage your subscription through your Estates in a Box customer account under Manage Subscriptions.

Yes. Each successful subscription renewal creates a new Shopify order, and normal order notifications are sent for that recurring purchase.

If Shopify is unable to process the payment method connected to your subscription, the order may not be created until the payment issue is resolved. You can review and update your subscription/payment details through your customer account.
